Associations registered in Austria are subject to supervision by the competent district administrative authority pursuant to the Vereinsgesetz 2002. Truth Matters is registered in the Central Register of Associations (ZVR) of the Federal Ministry of the Interior.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
Fundamental Editorial Direction
Pursuant to § 25 Abs. 4 MedienG: the fundamental direction of this website is to inform the public about the activities of Truth Matters, to promote information literacy and critical media competence, and to document the association's advocacy work in transparency, fact-based reporting, and compliance with national and international legal norms.
